The wages and salaries sum went up 1.0 per cent year-on-year in September to November

According to Statistics Finland, the wages and salaries sum of the whole economy was 1.0 per cent greater in the September to November period than in the corresponding period twelve months earlier. In November alone, the wages and salaries sum increased by 1.2 per cent year-on-year. In September to November 2014, the wages and salaries sum of the whole economy grew by 0.8 per cent.

Starting from the January 2015 data, a new seasonal adjustment software J-Demetra+ will be adopted in the wage and salaries indices.
