Description of the correction
An error caused by incorrect information in the system was detected in the data for February 2024 of the statistics on building and dwelling production released on 23 April 2024. The cubic volumes granted for energy supply buildings were erroneous as concerns February and this had an effect on the cubic volumes granted for total newbuilding. Because correcting the error required recalculation of the figures, the new calculation data include one new weekly data set compared to before. This also has minor effects on the new updated figures.
The error occurred in the text, charts and database table 12fy in the February release of the statistics on building and dwelling production. The figures are updated in database tables 12fy, 12fz, 13m4 and 13m5.
The corresponding data were also corrected in our chargeable Built environment service database.
