Building cost index

Data:	Latest release: Building costs grew by 1.2 per cent year-on-year in May 14 Jun 2013 Building costs were 1.2 per cent higher in May 2013 than in May 2012. The prices of labour inputs in construction went up by one per cent, the prices of materials by 1.3 per cent and those of other inputs by 1.4 per cent from one year ago. This is indicated by Statistics Finland's Building Cost Index 2010=100. Next release: 15 Jul 2013

Change:	The base year change of the Building Cost Index is postponed 17 Feb 2011 Contrary to previous information the Building Cost Index will be released with the base year 2005=100 on 17 February 2011.
