Finland's preliminary population figure was 5,599,869 at the end of October 2023

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, Finland's population was 5,599,869 at the end of October. Our country's population increased by 35,899 persons during January–October. The reason for the increase was migration gain from abroad, since immigration exceeded emigration by 48,433. The number of births was 12,491 lower than that of deaths.
