Nights spent by foreign tourists in Finland increased by one third from the previous year in November 2022

According to Statistics Finland's preliminary data, the number of nights spent by tourists at accommodation establishments was seven per cent higher in November 2022 than one year earlier. In total, 1.12 million overnight stays were recorded for resident tourists, which is on level with November 2021. For non-resident tourists, 0.37 million overnight stays were recorded, which is one fifth less than in November 2019, but nearly one third more than in 2021.
