Information Society Statistics 2006 compilation volume

Finland has fared well in international comparisons concerning information society development. Information technology products account for one-fifth of all goods exports. Growth in Finnish manufacturing output has largely hinged on information technology products. Consumers have found their way to net shops and e-commerce in enterprises is on the increase.
