The data on regional outstanding credit are submitted to Statistics Finland using encrypted connection.
When logging in to the service you need the user ID and password sent to you by mail. After logging in you can search "Add a file", "Browse" for the machine-language report stored in your computer to be sent to Statistics Finland. Instructions for forming the report can be found in the handout "Luottotilastojen luokitukset ja ohjeet" (Classifications and instructions for credit statistics). After this you can submit the file by pressing "Send the file" button.
The SSL encryption is used in the encryption. This is a strong, 128-bit encryption. The service utilises the cookie technique, so the browser should allow use of cookies. Use of JavaScript should also be permitted. The service functions best with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x-6.x versions and with Netscape Navigator 6.2 or newer versions.
Only for those who have obtained user rights from Statistics Finland.
