Statistics Finland's visual communication is regulated by the graphic guidelines. The visual symbol, the logo and the organisation identifier are used in Statistics Finland's products and services according to the graphic guidelines. Permission must always be obtained for the use of the organisation identifier in external contexts.

The organisation identifier may be monolingual, bilingual or trilingual. In domestic materials the organisation identifier appears mostly in the bilingual version (Finnish-Swedish). In general the organisation identifier is used as the four-colour version or the black and white version on a white background. The use of coloured backgrounds must be negotiated with the Graphic Designer.
